hey, i’m mae
personal trainer & pilates instructor, lover of movement
I believe movement can benefit everyone; my mission as a personal trainer is to uncomplicate fitness and motivate people to find joy in movement + feel stronger in everyday life.
I began resistance training over 11 years ago and LOVE to try new things that challenge me. it’s important to me to find the fun in everyday life and want the same for my clients. in my own strength training I schedule a ‘fun day’. this allows me to move in the way that my body wants on the day, whether that be twirling round a bar or kicking up into a handstand.
my mission
in a world that has over complicated fitness, I provide clients with a straightforward approach to fitness helping them build new and lasting healthy routines.
…and, of course smash their fitness goals in the process whether that be holding your first handstand–helping you regain joint mobility, strength and muscle building or injury rehabilitation.

a lil more about me…
although movement has always been a big part of my life from my early dancing days. my real passion to help people started after being in a skiing accident. I deep dove into human movement and how to rehabilitate myself. this journey made me realise how much I wanted to be able to help others too.
with my extensive knowledge and experience I am able to fuse a wide variety of disciplines and modalities including resistance training, calisthenics, pilates, mobility and human biomechanics; adapting to the specific needs of the individual. working with me there will be focus on regaining mobility of joints and developing muscle and strength through resistance training.
I have a fascination for human movement and always strive to learn more. I completed my human biomechanics training. this allows me to work with a wide range of clients and their needs; to address their imbalances, recurring pain and injuries.
